VACANCY
This Authority is established with the objective of reducing the disparity in resource allocation among the provinces by enhancing the quality of life of the people, providing them with a comfortable and secure road network reducing their long hours of transportation through their provement and maintenance of roads and road related constructions. Accordingly, applications
are invited from Sri Lankan citizens who are self motivated and dynamic, with 03 years of
permanent residence within the Western Province, for below mentioned vacancy in order to fulfillits objective.
Assistant Manager (Administration and Human Resources) MM – 1 – 3
Qualifications
External Applicants
1. A degree, in Public Administration/Human Resource Management/ Commerce and
Accounts /Law/ Social Science, which is recognized by the University Grants
Commission.
AND
2. A minimum one (01) year post qualifying experience in the relevant field.
Internal Applicants (01 or 02 below)
1. Should have met the eligibility requirements mentioned above, for the external
applicants.
2. Completion of minimum 05 years satisfactory service in the relevant field at a post of
grade 01 in ‘Junior Management’ (JM) service category.

Salary Scale
Additional Benefits
Should be not less than 22 years and not more than 45 years of age. Upper
age limit will not be applicable for the internal applicants.

Approved salary structure according to Management Services Circular No.
02/2016MM 1-3:- Rs. 55,925 -lox 1,375- 15×1910-98,325
Government approved other allowances.
Government approved cost of living allowance.
Vehicle/Housing/Disaster loan facilities
Medical Benefit Scheme.
Nature of Appointment : Permanent with entitlement to Employees’ Provident Fund and
Employees’ Trust Fund.
