CHIEF MANAGER IT INFRASTRUCTURE & OPERATIONS
The key responsibilities involved in the position of Chief Manager-IT Infrastructure & Operations among others are
Assist IT Management by setting up, directing, and effectively managing a team in IT Infrastructure and Operations
Implement and maintain IT infrastructure according to industry standards and best practices by maintaining uptime and security.
Manage the frontline support for all Bank IT users.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology/Engineering/Computer Science from a UGC recognized University/Institute.
**Professional certification related to network/server Eg. CCNP, RHCSA, MCSA.
ITIL Foundation Certificate.
PMP or project management qualification would be an added advantage.
Expected Experience & Knowledge
Minimum 10 years of overall experience in the IT industry with a minimum of three (3) years in a middle management position.
Good knowledge, understanding, and exposure in BFSI Technologies and Systems.
Good knowledge of hardware life cycle, implementation, and operation in IT infrastructure.
Good knowledge and exposure in networking, system, and Data Center Technologies.
Good knowledge and exposure to Information Security.
**Good knowledge and exposure to IT Service Management.
Age preferably below 45 years as at the closing date of applications.

Conditions of Employment
This position is equivalent to the grade of Chief Manager on a contract basis for a period of 03 years.
